FALL is my FAVORITE time of year! In this very colorful FOLKART piece, I’ve incorporated some FLUFFY bunnies as they dance WITH LOVE in the flowers!
A unique bracelet. I’ve added some BRICK STITCHING along the top of the center motif, which will be adding AFTER you stitch the odd count peyote as you normally would.
I’ve finished this FALL DELIGHT with some BEAD PICOT and PICOT stitches. I have added some photos for help with your stitching the optional trim.
I always use 4lb Fire Line fishing line to stitch; a long, size 12 beading needle; size 11/0 Delica beads. To work the optional BEADED trim, I have used two different colors of Miyuki size 15/0 seeds; #15-1051 (GALVANIZED SILVER); #15-187M (COPPER PLATE). I also used (30) 2mm Czech Glass Round Beads in OPAQUE CHAMPAGNE LUSTER.
I used 13 different DELICA bead colors for a total of 1891 beads! There are 19 columns and 199 rows before adding the brick stitch.
The finished size of FALL FOLKART FLUFFIES bracelet is 6 3/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches, which includes the optional trim, at the center point.
If you need to lengthen your bracelet, continue to stitch the established pattern at each end until you have reached your desired length.
