As a child of four, I was drawn to the stained glass windows at my church. That is my earliest memory of full COLOR. When I got my first box of crayons I had to share them with my cousins. Oh how I hated that. They would tear off the paper and break them in half. Didn't they know that those crayons were GOLD to me? So growing up and totally in a state of EUPHORIA with color, here I am today once again engulfed by the wonder of just what you can create with it. I hope you feel the LOVE in this piece. I used size 11/0 Delica beads, size 15/0 black round seeds for the optional trim, 4lb Fire Line fishing line and a toggle bar and ring for the closure.
This pattern has 13 colors making 25 columns and 201 rows. There are 2513 beads in total.
The finished size of this bracelet is 6 3/4 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide which includes the trim. To lengthen this bracelet simply add more black Delica beads, #310, until your desired length is achieved.
I will always remember those colorful church windows....
