CHRISTMAS is my very favorite time of the year! I had an idea not long ago on how to bring my odd count peyote into my Holiday decorating fun! These CHRISTMAS MEMORIES were born! All I had to do was search my WAY BACK MACHINE and the memories came flooding back for me!
Seven designs in odd count peyote, with 3 color palettes for the SNOWFLAKE! Did I mention, I LOVE SNOW!
Each ornament has a loop at the top followed by a sparkly Swarovski crystal to drop at the bottom.
I have coated each side of the ornaments using MOD PODGE to make them stiff, so they can adorn Christmas packages or sit on the tree without buckling.
Each ornament uses size 11/0 Delica Beads, size 15/0 Miyuki rounds seeds and one Swarovski crystal. Each measures 2 inches tall (without the loop and Swarovski drop) by 1 5/8 inches wide. There are 907 Delica beads in each ornament which includes 37 columns and 49 rows.
