You are purchasing an odd count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!!

Knowledge of flat odd count peyote and the brick stitch are needed to work this pattern, as no instructions for either stitch are included.

Continuing the series of my ART NOUVEAU period, here is ART NOUVEAU LOTUS! A delightful blue lotus in full bloom with six little ones about to burst into their full beauty. I absolutely love this NOUVEAU design! It’s so SPRING!

I added just a "hint" of brick stitch to this design for unique flair, but you can certainly leave it off!

I used size 11/0 Delica beads, 4lb Fire Line fishing line and a toggle bar and ring for the closure. For the optional PICOT trim I used Miyuki size 15/0 round seeds in silver lined sapphire ab ( #15-1019).

This pattern has 10 colors making 23 columns and 201 rows. There are 2340 beads in total, which includes the additional brick stitches.

I worked the odd count peyote first, then added the brick stitch trim. See photos on the next few pages for details.

The finished size of this bracelet is 6 3/4 inches long by 1 1/2 inches at the widest part of the trim area. To lengthen this bracelet continue to work Delica #200, at each end, until you’ve reached your desired length.

The LOTUS flower has BLOOMED! And what a beauty she is!

I don't mind if you make these bracelets to sell, but please give me the credit for the design within your listing of your finished piece. I would greatly appreciate it.
