You are purchasing an odd count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!!
I got an email one day, requesting a FOLK ART piece. I went to the internet and studied various eras and types of folk art. I was intrigued with the variety, colors and of course the design elements. I hope you enjoy my FOLK ART BIRDS, designed with LOVE!
I always use 4lb Fire Line fishing line to stitch; a long, size 12 beading needle; size 11/0 Delica beads; size 15/0 seed beads for the trim and I chose to use a toggle bar and ring for the closure.
I used 9 different colors for a total of 2312 beads! There are 23 columns and 201 rows.
I have added a simple 3-bead trim. To work the 3-beaded trim, come out the very 1st Delica bead, then simply pick up 3-size 15/0 seeds and go back into the next Delica. Work this across the top and bottom. I used some gold metallic seeds to finish off this piece. This step is optional.
The finished size of FOLK ART BIRDS is 1 1/4 inches wide (which includes the trim) by 6 3/4 inches before adding the clasp.
If you need to lengthen the piece, SIMPLY add to each end, following established pattern.
So much fun in this design! Enjoy, with my LOVE!
**********************************************
Within the pattern you will find full color photos of the finished piece; a DELICA bead legend (listing of colors used); a view of the pattern in REAL TIME; an up close shot of the trim: a full color graph large enough to read easily and a WORD CHART of the pattern. TEN FULL PAGES of fun!
This pattern is in the form of a PDF file, a digital pattern, that will be readily available to you once your payment is received.
I don't mind if you make these to sell, but please give me the credit for the design within your listing of your finished piece. I would greatly appreciate it.
There are NO REFUNDS on digital files.
