You are purchasing an odd count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!!
**Knowledge of odd count peyote is needed as no instructions for this stitch are included in the directions.
Living at the lake brings many creatures to our view, one being a group of red birds. Lately, the males have been strutting around like crazy! These fine males have a lot to offer the ladies and they are in competition with each other as they strut and dance showing their goods. The other day, this one male really put on a show! Here is my version of HIS DANCE!
I used size 11/0 Delica beads, 4lb Fire Line fishing line and a toggle bar and ring for the closure. For the optional PICOT PEARL trim, I used (50) 2mm Silver Round Czech Glass Pearls and size 15/0 Miyuki round seeds in Silver Lined Crystal (#15-1). Instructions on how to add the trim later in this pattern.
I used 12 different colors for a total of 2111 beads! There are 21 columns and 201 rows.
The finished size of RED BIRDIE DANCE is 1 1/4 inches wide (pearl to pearl) by 6 3/4 inches before adding the clasp.
If you need to make your bracelet longer, just simply continue to work the gray backgrounds adding the silver lined Delica (#41) at random.
What an afternoon delight to watch these red birdies dance! ENJOY!
